The CEO is a huge con to this company. He has come in and has changed everything! His bottom line is the dollar and he couldn't care less about the people helping to bring in that dollar. State Farm has put in place a point system, which is really ridiculous; It has the atmosphere of a production line. No room for growth and advancements. There are little to no positions within the company to apply to or when you do get offered a position, they take it away due to stability reasons. This is a trap, and depending on how you look at it, a DEATH TRAP! State Farm is one of the lowest paid insurance companies in this industry, BUT they bring in the most money. Word of advice, go to training, get your license and go work for another company who pays and value you more. Very Metrics driven, hard to get promotions because the only colors they see are red, green and yellow. Just stay away from this company all together. If you want to be sad, unhappy and an alcoholic, come and join us! A lot of long-term employees have spit out the State Farm Kool-Aid and left, too many bad changes for the worse. But we are only numbers to them, and they don't care. They will just replace us with someone else.
