Best Company I've every worked for.

Cons

You have to be close to someone in Management in order to move up. Been their 6yrs and I've notice if your not close to a Superior it's difficult to advance. I refuse to "Brown Nose".

Pros

Fortune 500 company, pension, 401K, decent benefits and perks, competitive pay, paid overtime, chance for advancement, fair rating system for yearly raises, couldn't find nicer people to work with.

Cons

Disorganization/miscommunication between departments, constant changes made without giving a reason behind it, no work/life balance, VERY high overturn that makes upward movement impossible at times due to low staffing, overly strict processes and strict metrics that do not allow for good claim handling.
