Pros

They offer a great benefits package but compensation is lower than industry average

Cons

You’ll be expected to do the work of 5 people and management is completely incompetent

Pros

- mostly remote - benefits - can bid to have national holidays and there is a high chance you will get it if you bid as soon as you can - bonus - overtime during peak times - paid 10 to 12 week training - Monday through Friday schedule

Cons

- in office one week out the month which can be tough if you have a long commute - when there is a salary increase, your workload also increases - in claims, you aren't able to partake in a lot of meetings resource groups have - training was okay - things change weekly and enough time isn't given to adjust to the changes - difficult to get out of claims department
