Pros
We still have plastic utensils for the employees to use....everything else got removed.
Cons
This "career/job" don't care about you! There's so many things to say -modern day slavery -micromanaging -raise is BS -have vacation days you cannot use due to capacity - the managers are a joke - team environment sucks. ppl don't work the claims properly because of that. - you have to brown nose so hard to get somewhere - the least qualified person is getting a promotion - time management tool (used to punch in/out and make sure you're on time) it will give you points if you're over 5 min late, once you reach 15-20 you're getting fired. The list goes on and on....just don't come.
