Professional employees have to use a time clock hung on the wall like they use at Wal-Mart. Subjected to heavy monitoring. There's a benchmark for every type of task, regardless of how unique or complex the circumstance is. They have also spelled out every detail and not allowing anyone to do their job even slightly different from a standard process! Managed by fear. I am convinced that they have done everything they can think of to get their long-term employees to leave the company or be fired. It started with the employees being told we need to move to keep our job. Then even after moving, you had to reapply for your job. Whole departments wiped out. Thoughtless job reassignments made. Currently run by a Finance Executive that is not people oriented. Also, nepotism is a huge problem here and it's always been the biggest open secret.

In the hubs, there is too much work and no work life balance and you hardly ever are approved for any vacation or personal time.
