Stable job, nothing really else is great about working here

The company DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES! Well especially in Georgia! The Governor stated that he wanted us all to be home by 4pm. State Farm isn't releasing their employees until 4 pm. They pay you Way below market, they don't care how hard you work, if they don't have enough money you will get a 2 rating. The Ceo states he cares, but if we leave early we get points, if we reach 20 points you get fired, even in the middle of a storm. Please don't get fooled. Do not work here, look elsewhere. State Farm cares more about their customers than there employees. There is no work life balance, you do not get any vacations (although they give you time).

upper management does not care about employees needs, point system forces employees to get fired easily, focus is now about quantity not quality.
