Pros

Great benefits, good co-workers, sympathetic managers. Promote from within.

Cons

Managers who are bound by the "system" with their hands tied so no flexibility depending on individual situation regarding work/life balance, illnesses, time off is nearly non-existent. It's not the SF I started at. We used to be family, now, we're only #'s & are "tied to the desk based on schedule". God forbid you get back from a "scheduled break or scheduled lunch". Hammer will come down & don't be late for anything. While promotions come from within, those hired most times have no claims experience. They are loosing the experienced people because of the new world environment. Quotas (matrixs) are unreasonable beyond measure.
