Great coworkers and team managers; Opportunity for advancement if you are mobile; great benefits and bonuses.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. No regard for your life, if you can't work the schedule they will find someone who will. Time-off rarely gets approved. The new model feels like you are just a number, even if you have worked there for 30 years. Typical cubical farm. Oh, and you can get picked to work every holiday while some people work none and it's randomized for the most part. The express office is open 365 days a year.
