Pros

Great benefits, pension, and opportunity for growth IF you live in one of 4 major locations. Decent salary for the industry once you move past entry level. Opportunity for bonus for most people.

Cons

This company has lost it's focus on it's people, leading to overworked and under appreciated staff, in turn providing poor customer service. Everything is turning production/call center focused, less critical thinking and actual use of talent and skill.

Pay is fine. Depending on what department you're in management is solid. Training is typically very good. They support furthering education.

Cons

Hours are very inflexible, the shift you get may be what you're stuck with for quite some time. The time off policy is not great.

Great company with great benefits such as 401k, medical, vision, and dental. Management is very engaged and does a lot to assist and seek advancement for their employees. Friendly environment. Training is adequate for what is expected of you. Salary is reasonable and as much OT as you want to work. Great company to work for if you are accepting to change.

Cons

None to share. Awesome company.
