Pros

The people I work with make it a family. But not much else.

Cons

Horrible place to work. You're micro-managed to death. There's a new point system coming in place in October in regards to being late and absences. Once you earn 20 points in 6 months, you're terminated. Motivating with fear isn't a way to get your employees to be productive.

Pros

-Knowledgeable staff -No Weekends -Casual setting -Great resources -Good benefits

Cons

-Changes to time off and sick time is more in line of a call center time-off accruing policy. -Multiple sections which work against each other, even thought all State Farm. -Slowly becoming more micro-managing and call-center focused and not claim oriented -Not the most competitive salary for moderate complex handling of claims
