Pros
Salary is extremely competitive, benefits are amazing, you start out with a lot of vacation time, consistent processes and recognition for good work.
Cons
Lots of vacation days but hard to work around other people's schedules in the call center. Some other claim handlers aren't very dedicated or motivated but picking up work is pretty easy. Sometimes mandatory overtime is extensive, but you're compensated very well.
