High stress environment, Positions were eliminated and pay cuts ensued (some losing $20,000 a year) all positions were "ended" and you had to reapply for your job (even those that had 20+ years in) which created an extremely stressful environment. You are only able to move up to management if you're willing to relocate to anywhere they place you in the US and Puerto Rico. 8 years ago I would have given this company 5 stars in every category but as of 2015 it has gotten really bad. Also - If there is an issue with a manager, upper management is useless. A warning to everyone looking at this company- there is an extremely high number of people leaving, there's a reason for that.
