Pros

Engaged leadership, excellent pay and benefits, an enterprise that embraces change. Employees receive excellent total rewards for hard work. Current leadership is taking courageous, targeted moves to create a leaner company. Those who embrace it will prosper; those who refer to 'old world' or 'how it was done in the past' will struggle.

Cons

Work schedules present a dilemma for some. However, any cons are resolved in simply adopting a different approach. "Learn to welcome change and it won't bother you so much"

Pay differential if you work late, regular raises, front line management cares about employees, pension and 401k

Cons

Horrible schedules with zero flexibility, no desire on behalf of management to address employee concerns, low pay for the industry and now raises have been cut substantially
