It was a great place until now

Pros

Salary can be fair if you negotiate in certain departments. You have Flex Time where you can make up work missed if you have an emergency. My team and co workers are awesome

Cons

It was a great place to work until a major change happened earlier this year. This has tripled the work load and resulting into almost everyone struggling to keep up. Work is no longer enjoyable. Meeting all stats are no longer realistic. Also if you got hired on as a full time remote employee, that position has been discontinued. They only allow hybrid positions. Since I don’t reside near a local office, i do not have any opportunities to advance at this company because all positions are hybrid now.
