It’s manageable….

Pros

If you are diligent about your inventory, and are good at moving stuff out and have a team that doesn’t load level often. It’s definitely manageable. The expectation is 35 claims but I usually stay around 20. Your manager WILL make or break your roll. You ARE micromanaged on your computer, you don’t move your mouse or type for 2 minutes multiple times you will be put on PIP. The pay is competitive for the role and the bonus is around 7% of your salary.

Everything else wasnt good. Training was HORRIBLE and they tell You that it takes 2 years to get acclimated but then they throw you out there and expect you to just perform like you’ve been there for years
