Pros

Can be a good place to work if you can find a way out of claims

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. Incompetent leadership who will ask quarterly what they can do better but never take the advice. They want employees to stay about 5 years or less so that they are only ever paying entry level salaries with a few yearly merit increases. You will not be valued as an employee; you’re nothing more than a metric on a report. They might start you at $3-5K higher than average and call it “competitive” but they expect a 50-55hr workload to be completed in 40 hours or less because leadership is too cheap to pay for overtime. When you try to explain those expectations are unrealistic, you’re fed the corporate jargon dictionary—whatever their quarterly slogan is. Internal promotion is all about your connections and senior management especially are constantly bouncing around departments, never learning anything just staying long enough to mess things up.
