Pros

The job itself, I loved the investigation aspect.

Cons

Monica Zavala, I loved my job till she became my manager in complex. She is toxic and two face. I and another where the only lighter skinned people and she would single us out. Upper management would stick up for her as well. Remote employees do not have any room for advancement. The consistent changing of metrics which increased the work load and upper management would not listen to us when we advise it does not make it easier. We were told to deal with it.
