Pros

Great benefits Hybrid, 1 week in office and the rest of the month you WFH.

Cons

The amount of micromanaging that goes on, you wouldn’t believe it. They make sudden changes but they do not consider how changes affect the employee and then blame the employee for “not keeping up” No work life balance You take time off and come back to twice as much work and again you get reprimanded for “not keeping up”

Pros

Good benefits and pay. If you’re a nursing mom you get an hour to pump along with additional breaks and access to a nursing room if you’re in office.

Cons

Extremely micro managed even if you’re an awesome employee.
