Pros

the integrity of the company, the paid training and leads, the huge collection of products and services that are available for us to sell.

Cons

Entry level salary is on the low side, but if you have a knack for sales, you will soon be earning generous bonuses. It's super competitive to get on with State Farm

Pros

State Farm is an employee centric organization with reasonable compensation and benefits and a high degree of job security. They rarely if ever lay people off. High performers are rewarded well.

Cons

State Farm operates in a very competive industry and struggles to maintain market share. Mobility is highly valued, especially if you are not located at the corporate headquarters. Greater emphasis is being placed on reducing expenses and, as such, the culture is slowly becoming less employee centric.
