      Pros

      Proud to work for a Company that is the best at what they do. Above average salaries, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Employees are treated fairly and expected to perform above and beyond to represent the company and it's service to the public.

      Cons

      There really are not many i can think of. In order to work there, it takes someone who is open to learning all the time, constantly train, and be able to have superb communication skills.

      Pros

      State Farm is an employee centric organization with reasonable compensation and benefits and a high degree of job security. They rarely if ever lay people off. High performers are rewarded well.

      Cons

      State Farm operates in a very competive industry and struggles to maintain market share. Mobility is highly valued, especially if you are not located at the corporate headquarters. Greater emphasis is being placed on reducing expenses and, as such, the culture is slowly becoming less employee centric.
