      Pros

      Good benefit package which is mostly employer paid. Majority of management are very professional and respectful of employees.

      Cons

      Very strong affirmative action/diversity initiatives. If you are a white male, don't count on promotions or raises in comparison to minority employees.

      State Farm fosters a culture of family and growth. They promote and hire from within. It is a very familiy atmosphere.

      Cons

      A little to State Farm cutlured. Because many of the employees and management have not worked at other companies, they tend not to be "real world".
