I’ve never seen a company self destruct so fast. They’ve begun outsourcing several jobs with very little accountability of the third party. I used to spend my day helping customers but am now dealing with unhappy and confused customers and coworkers. Upper management is determined to push through their ideas no matter the cost to employees and customers.

Lack of communication from mgmt above team manager/section manager level (i.e., from Corporate level). Ridiculous amount of hoop-jumping for using the time off you have earned. Closing 11 facilities across the country and sending jobs to Texas or Arizona. People are being asked to do more with fewer resources. The motto "consistency across the enterprise" means shoving a square peg in a round hole more often than not.
