      Great place to work in claims until the last 5 years

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and PTO; worked with genuinely nice, smart people who want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Company continues to consolidate operations to populated urban centers in the Southern US; cost of living increases, commute times increase, quality of life decreases. Metrics are more highly valued than happy customers.

      The worst company I have ever work for. There’s too much manager turn over and lack of direction.

      Pros

      If you want to learn how big insurances find ways to save themselves money.

      Cons

      Management. You know more than your managers and management will lie to you about what they know and tell you to find out on your own or calling a higher up claim handler. Adherence, which means your being monitored up 24/7. All calls are recorded and you have to hurry to get off the phone so you stay under a time frame Point system for attendance. Time off is terrible, if your able to get it. As an example, if you miss one day you get 4 points and then they take away from your PTO. You accommodate pto every two weeks and it’s literally equivalent to half a day.

      If you've been around awhile, compensation is excellent. Benefits, 401K, PTO

      Cons

      New hires do not get paid the industry average. PTO is earned. Constant clocking in and out with more concentration given to metrics than results. Advancement only available in hubs. Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas and Bloomington IL. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE!
