Pros

Health Benefits ...and that's it

Cons

Leadership is weak, they're ineffective and their incompetent to the point of paralysis. Extreme micromanagement and emotional abuse describe this work environment. The way employees are treated could be compared to a sweat shop. I have never seen more employees walk out in the middle of their shifts and never return. Leadership picks and picks at every little thing you do until I you can't take it anymore. It's almost like an abusive marriage - charming and sweet at first. When the honeymoon phase is over, the marriage turns sour. I was so sick of thinking I could never do anything right. I work hard on the front lines and am treated very poorly. Waking up and going to bed sad everyday is emotionally draining. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros

Used to be a great company with work life balance, development, and opportunities. Has decent medical insurance, time off, and a pension.

Cons

Execitive leadership has destroyed the company over the last 5 years. Employee morale is horrible and the company is now treating its employees like prisoners or children depending on what area you are in. CEO seems to have no clue how much damage he has done and there is no leadership courage just a bunch of yes men and women desperately trying to hold on to their positions. Most of the top enployees have left and the ones that have stayed are miserable.
