Corporate structure, promotions and movement not based on merit. The road map for growth and progression is not concrete.

As far as growth and development is considered, we have various avenues in our organization to speak up and make our voice heard so that our colleagues get equal opportunities to grow. – I personally believe that current changes put us on a good path to reducing red tape to minimum.
