Pros

Reasonably low stress job most of the time. Good Company to get into right out of college for experience.

Cons

Downsize certain groups so much that vacation coverage was very difficult. Was refused internal training courses that I had already signed up for because others wanted vacation. 3-4 levels of management that all trickle down (True Office Space type stuff.) Pay is quite low comparatively to similar jobs at other companies.
