Pros

-Decent Benefits -Good work/life balance, including generous vacation allowance (with ability to buy/sell additional days) -Solid, reputable name to have on your resume -Peer co-workers generally foster a collegial atmostphere -Overtime eligible -Volunteer Days

Cons

-Below market-level salary -Although each employee will have 2-3 supervisors/managers, there is a general lack of management throughout the organization -Management is very set in their ways and will make little regard for new ideas -Lack of performance based raises, promotions or bonuses (Everyone at each level makes the same regardless of how they perform in their role) -Although interesting at first, the work will become repetitious and stale which harbors the very high turnover rate
