Pros

The work is low stress and the people easy to get along with. It's not an overly political work environment. Great hours in most departments. Plenty of nice perks and employee appreciation activities. Creates a very collegiate workplace.

Cons

Low pay and limited opportunities for advancement based on skills. Wish that promotions were not given out due to length of employment.

not a good place to work

Pros

decent health care and 401k

Cons

lower than average pay and long hours in most departments, poor work/life balance despite work from home and flex time programs, management generally does not know how to behave as professionals - often times rude, staff people by and large fall into same category, was never best place to work but people at least treated each other with respect
