Pros

Easy to get hired. Friendly co-workers. Good low level managers. Very good benefits.

Cons

Very low pay. Entry level pay has slowly decreased to a ridiculous level. Not much room for advancement. Every day is exactly the same. Difficult to stand out.

Pros

Flexible work schedules and a good work-life balance make the heavy workload a little easier to manage.

Cons

Rapid company growth by way of aquiring competitors' assets creates a very unstable work environment. Outsourcing has become part of the company's culture and is no longer just a way to supplement and add flexibility. Large scale layoffs on a nearly annual basis contribute to low morale. Opportunity for advancement is difficult due to bottlenecks at the middle management level. Salaries, raises and bonuses are not very competitive. Employee appreciation is virtually non-existent.
