Pros

starting salary not too bad for Sacramento. very diverse group of people

Cons

However, management sucks and in some groups you are micromanaged. HR sucks - do not anything if you have problems. Horrible bonuses and pay raises.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Big name company on your resume. ITs a good place to start but you will not want to stay.

Cons

Promotions are hard to come by. you will have to train your manager at some point which is awkward. Again its a good place to get experiance and get out.
