      A lot of changes in upper management have occurred over the last year. These changes are improving the overall company though.

      Great leadership, Well Maintained communities, Benefits, Sense of ownership. Great HR Hiring process. They hire for a team not just to fill a position.

      The Bonus structure for management is not competitive based on the Market

      Systems need to be refined. Company is working diligently to achieve operational excellence.
