Pros

Great PTO (3 weeks in your first year!!), 401k match, and awesome core values. We also receive a few days a year to go and volunteer in our community and get paid for it. This is definitely not something you see in most companies.

Cons

The company has had more growth in the last few years then it can handle. I think as a whole, the company is slowly (but surely) starting to "figure it out", and are focusing more on getting better, rather then getting bigger. I am excited to see what's to come for us!

Pros

This company invests a lot in each employee's training and growth. I work with very experienced individuals that are extremely intelligent and always happy to assist each other. Each employee receives in depth, on line training, that corresponds to the employee's department. This training would cost several hundred dollars to any non-employee that wanted to purchase it. Steadfast provides certain benefits to you automatically, that you don't have to pay into. There is a strong corporate structure that helps support and guide the Steadfast communities and they are always willing to help! What more can you ask for?

Cons

There is a great deal of information to learn. Be organized and flexible.

Pros

I like working for most of the residents. Because its a newer property, the work is not complicated (if that's what you like). The property I work/live at is very nice.

Cons

The maintenance budget is low. For a property with 220 units, 2 maintenance personnel are responsible for grounds, punches and most of the painting and cleans for the turns, and work orders.
