      a lot of change and potential

      the hr department is bare and no one is there to lead. the person who is responsible for hr has no hr background and it is a mess. we need a capable team to help us, employees.

      Pros

      I’ve loved my time at Steadfast. I feel like leadership listens and values my input, and if you’re intelligent, hardworking, and have a positive attitude, your opportunities for growth are endless. It feels great to have a say in shaping the future of our company!

      Cons

      Not that I think it’s really a con, but they are making several company-wide improvements and updates so if you don’t view change as a positive thing, it may not be challenging for you.
