      Long application process/ No follow up

      Pros

      I was excited to find an opening with Steadfast Companies, I applied immediately. They have great commission + benefits.

      Cons

      I applied and received an email from Grace within a few days, she asked that I complete the assessment (which I did) for a potential interview. I emailed back the same day stating I had completed the assessment and wanted to move forward with the interview process. It has been over a week and I never heard anything.

      Work/life balance, understanding and hardworking upper management, good pay, awesome incentives, growth, great morale, can’t say enough good things.

      Cons

      Nothing except maybe that we closed on Sundays if everything is running smooth!
