Pros

Great PTO (3 weeks in your first year!!), 401k match, and awesome core values. We also receive a few days a year to go and volunteer in our community and get paid for it. This is definitely not something you see in most companies.

Cons

The company has had more growth in the last few years then it can handle. I think as a whole, the company is slowly (but surely) starting to "figure it out", and are focusing more on getting better, rather then getting bigger. I am excited to see what's to come for us!

Pros

The company has a great mission statement and they appear to be trying to get back to operating within that mission statement. They are making some strategic partnerships that should make for financial longevity of the company. The CEO appears to have a heart for the people, even though the VP's and RM's don't share his heart.

Cons

They have incompetent Regional Management Leadership. Many Regional Managers are receiving kick backs from vendors. There are a few Regional Managers that do not know how to lead well. They don't have any idea how to run a property and are solely focused on how to make reports look good. One in particular has made reference to a staff member as "trash". The Regional Managers are cliquish, if you just want to do your job and not be in the clicks they harass you.
