      Great Company

      Pros

      A Lot of room for growth and opportunities if your willing to put in the hard work . Great upper management and property managers with the ones i have had a chance to work with . every property provides golf carts for their maintenance staff . The company does also provide a lot of support to help you with the situations you face in property management. The monthly bonuses are pretty good.

      Cons

      only pay up to 4 hour of overtime coming off ON CALL .
