      i Love how steadfast companies gives you opportunities to grow in the industry I’ve been with steadfast for almost 3 years and had never had any problem with regionals or property managers 100% good thank you

      Me and my guys would like to be able to have some overtime at least the on call tech

      Pros

      Steadfast is a great company to work for! They are always finding ways to improve the day to day work functions. They offer a lot of training when onboarding, which is a needed when starting with a new company. There are changes which happens at all companies. Just be ready for the changes, learn them, and be ready to apply it and you will succeed! The Regionals, VP's and all training associates are very helpful, motivating and uplifting. They all find ways to make sure everyone feels valued. Overall, Steadfast is an amazing company and offers many great opportunities!

      Changes. Most places have changes, just be ready to learn the changes and you'll be successful.
