Pros

The best reasons to work for Steadfast is that you are supported in your endeavors while given empowerment to get your job done. Expectations are high and should be. You will love the leadership and appreciate the autonomy allowed. I've worked for 4 multifamily companies in my career and this is the best. The culture is fun and hardworking. Everyone cares and this shows throughout the company.

Pros

I would not say there were that many pros. They seemed very friendly once I started.

Cons

Not enough one on one help or training. They do set you up with a coach, but that person works at another property and sometimes is not available as much as you need them to be when starting out. I am a hands on learner, so just reading over a policy book isn't usually going to stick with me as well as doing something a few times.

Steadfast is definitely a great company to work for. I've been hear for a little under a year and it continues to grow. They will work with you to make sure that you are well informed of your tasks for your job title. They love to hire and promote from within
