Pros

The pros are mostly in the benefits package Steadfast offers. Insurance, vacation, 401k, bonuses, pay. Those are the only pros I can think of.

Cons

Steadfast does not value people as their core values say. They put people in positions who only care about making the top dollar & nothing else. They don't care how many casualties there are as long as they are making their money. Managers are not properly trained and treat their employees like they are dispensable. Employees and residents are suffering. The turn over rate is horrible. There is discrimination & it is never checked. People are not treated fairly and fair housing is a joke. It is very disturbing.

Pros

The people at Steadfast are easy to get along with and the working at the corporate office is relaxed and fun. Management really takes care of its employees and it feels like a family.

Cons

The company is still going through growing pains and sometimes people lack skills in getting to the next level.

Good salary. bonuses and training

Cons

Does not value their employees as per their core values. Had an issues with my RM and was treated as if I was the problem. I was a long term employee that had never had any issue,. the RM was new and I was treated as if I was problem. The company received several complaints about this person and choose to let good employees leave instead of address the issues and listening the their.So Sad!
