Maintenance Budget is too small ( $1500.00 per quarter for 426 Apartments?), Communication issues between the office staff, tenants, and Maintenance. Office staff are supposed to bridge the communication gap between maintenance and the tenant. It also appeared that the district managers, and higher ups didn't want to ask the maintenance staff any questions, talk to us, matter of fact we where avoided completely. To trust your office staff on word of mouth in reguards to repairs is very scary. Don't be afraid of the guys in the trenches, we can fix the problems, that's what we do EVERY day. The office staff are afraid to hold the Tenants accountable for cleanliness in their apartments. Future Maintenance Beware.. IF YOU GET SICK... IT'S GOING TO BE ASSUMED TO BE YOUR FAULT.. EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DOCTOR'S NOTE. Osha standards??? Don't expect help there from Corporate.
