Pros

Company has good benefits as far as PTO time. The only down side to this is being able to take the time off.

Cons

Too many manual reports, do not have updated software. Corporate structure needs to be fixed as they are the Leaders leading the onsite staff. Have better communication with staff and give better direction on how they want the job completed as this changes every time a staff change is made, either in Corporate or Property level.

Not valued no matter how hard you work. Pay is below average and work load is high. Strictly budgeted for investors, not for the employees or residents benefit.
