      Fun place to work if you're self-motivated

      Pros

      The people are easy to work with, accessible, and will treat you like family. There is a strong sense of commitment to the company and its people, but management is really flexible when it comes to accommodating personal life. The people that work here are self-motivated, talented, and personable - be prepared to work hard and laugh a lot!

      Cons

      The company shows a lot of loyalty to employees, which is a great thing, but growing pains sometimes means working through redundant processes. People are expected to get it done and that can sometimes take long hours. It can be challenging for people who are not self-directed or are nervous about making decisions as employees are expected to figure out the best way to accomplish goals without too much supervision or direction.
