Less reporting better locations that are spread out

Cons

it is still in who you know versus everyone given a fair opportunity everything takes a lot longer the whole team gets quarterly bonus not just the manager- so its way less than usual, old school systems still.

Steadfast is a great company to work for. They respect and encourage their employees to exceed while providing up to date training to enhance their knowledge base and understanding. They support their management teams both professionally and personally

Cons

Upper Management was out of state. My experience with this company was an overall great experience.

Pros

Where do I even begin? Steadfast is truly an amazing company. From day 1, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness from both my peers and supervisors. One of the biggest things I admire from my boss is her TRUE value of work/life balance. Steadfast values that you have a life outside of work and they even ENCOURAGE it! Not only does my boss preach that, but she practices it. I don't receive emails all hours of the night and have dozens of new items to address each morning. Steadfast is admirable in the fact that they give back to the community, which is one of their core values, "Do Good As We Do Well". I have only been with the company 6 months and have already been involved in 2 charity events organized by Steadfast. There is not one person at the corporate office who has not gone above & beyond to help when I needed it, and done so with a friendly attitude.

Cons

I have no cons. I love my boss, my team, and the work I do each day.
