Pros

I love my job! I get along great with everyone I work with. The company has a "team" focus which means your opinion matters. Great benefits, 401k, paid holidays. I honestly haven't worked for a better company.

Cons

Not a lot to say here. The property I'm at is considered luxury so sometimes the residents have some outrageous demands or requests but that's just part of the job.

Pros

The corporate staff that I've met so far have been really great people. The community I'm at has a good staff. Gotta love the quarterly bonuses. Company offers great growth potential. Overall a great company to work for.

Cons

At times it takes too long to get a response for important property matters. When traveling for work it takes months to get reimbursed.
