Corporate can be overbearing. Don't let onsite staff make decisions

They have no value in their employees and consider them disposable. No advancement opportunities. Pay raises are few and far between and when you do get one it doesn't cover inflation rates so you actually earn less. No training programs at all. Micro manage every property until the property is barely surviving but want you to so much more than the job title shows and it never stops its constantly do more and never get paid. The quarterly bonus is a joke.... Out 600$ possible I. Have never seen more than 250$ and they say its because we are over budget.... So now its employees fault 40 year old water heaters go out and you have to get the resident hot water. They are stealing the money essentially by using things that are out of your control and spending it abroad. They do not keep their promises even remotely. ( we were promised windows and door when they purchased the property two years ago and still have yet to even get a single window replaced. Yet they continue to raise rent and people have left here in droves. Even residents who have been here since the property was built were forced to move by the policies put in place by this company. I will never recommend employment or renting from steadfast they are a complete disappointment
