Steadfast Companies Response

I am always grateful to associates like you, who truly care about making the company even greater. I love reading the input about how great Steadfast is, and you have provided excellent feedback and great ideas about how to make us a better, stronger company. Since the time you authored this comment, I wanted to let you know what we have been up to in the realm of learning and development, since most of your feedback is directly impacted by that department. First, we have developed a robust peer mentoring program to help support new associates during the time of on-boarding. We recognize that is a difficult and stressful time, and extra support is needed. In this program, a new associate works with a peer in the same role to support them during the first six months. We have also uploaded the entire operations manual to Sharepoint, so each of our associates are able to access it online and easily search for a specific topic, without having to search through the giant paper document. We believe this improvement will really help in everyone's ability to be consistent in adherence to policies. Another exciting development is our regional learning partners, in each region of the country. We noticed an opportunity for someone to truly partner with the associates onsite to help them get the most of all of the educational events we offer. I would be happy to connect you with your partner, simply contact me at Carrie.Polonsky@SteadfastCo.com. We are constantly trying to improve, and your thoughtful and relevant feedback certainly helps! I recognize it has taken a long time for you to receive a response to this feedback, if you have thought of additional improvements, please don't hesitate to share it with me. Of course, you can continue to leave anonymous feedback here, if you are more comfortable. Thanks again, and I look forward to hearing more from you! Carrie

Pros

Good pay and benefits. They portray to be a family like company. Company has great Core Values if they would stand behind them.

Cons

Be careful of VPofOpps. My boss was terminated for blowing the whistle on unethical request. Company paid to shut her up then blacklisted her.
