      Pros

      Good life/work balance at Steadfast Collaboration (as well as competition) was encouraged Incentive programs for years of service and dedication was available

      Cons

      HR is pro-company; not pro-employee No funding for education; personal development Company constantly hired outside employees versus promoting/training current employees Not a lot of room for advancement Promotions were given on favoritism versus experience/seniority Strong work ethic not appreciated Lacks policies and procedures that are staples at similar companies Accounting should consider more training to understand LOB and how they function

      Pros

      Pay and benefits here were decent. The people we met from the corporate office seemed very nice and helpful. If they have decent regional management in other parts of the country, it might actually be a good place to work.

      Cons

      There is just no way of working around regional management. The "anonymous" hotline is a bad joke, and nothing will change. That will effectively mean there is a revolving door for employees, because no one will tolerate the atmosphere for long.
