      Pros

      Work life balance is excellent, Good environment and enthusiastic people, Wonderful coworkers, Bagel every Friday, Nice Christmas Parties. Most important is the staff appreciation day whcih takes place in May every year they give away iPad, trip to Mexico for 2, bunch of gift cards to South Coast Plaza.

      Cons

      Employees are stretched so thin. Not everyone can benefit from the FLEX Time program they offer. Some departments have to work 5 days and not four

      Pros

      Good organizational chart, great feedback in annual reviews with goals for the upcoming year, promote from within when possible, great Christmas parties as well annual staff appreciation. Career growth, transparency of short and long-term plans, work-life balance, management support

      Cons

      Pay is not as good as at some competitors. No 401K matching. Medical is ok but a little expensivev. Not sure if this across the industry

      Not many opportunities for growth Senior management doesn't know what middle management is doing Low compensation and below industry standards Not a lot of respect for employees working at satellite properties Revolving door with employees Low morale
