Pros
I have worked for a lot of companies, but Steampunk has been the best so far. I feel respected, accepted, supported, and well compensated. Pay and benefits are great. Company swag is everywhere and so are the smiling faces. I have not encountered any micro managers on the projects I have worked on. Management trusts that the people they hire will do their jobs well. As a remote worker, I have often felt ignored at other companies, but coworkers and management make sure to make those of us far away feel as though we are right next door. They schedule online get togethers, like a candy-making class or a class about making French Press coffee, and send all the equipment and ingredients to allow remote workers to participate on Zoom! I feel that I actually know all my coworkers, their families, and their situations. We really are the Steampunk family!
Cons
Can't think of any, except that I am not close enough to enjoy their amazing office space called the Design Studio. But that's on me...
