Pros

Even with a lot of people working remotely due to COVID, Steampunk has managed to maintain the feeling like you're working with family. Everyone is eager and willing to jump in and help whenever needed. The studio in Tysons is amazing, and there's often plenty of food and drink to share (not to mention cold-brew coffee on tap).

Cons

Nothing major - some minor growing pains, but that comes with the territory when a company grows quickly. A lot of the tools in place are designed for large companies, so it's obvious there was work already done to prepare for this growth.

Pros

Good teamwork; collaborative; good pay & bonus; employee owned so you can get stock for great performance

Cons

Under 300 people in company; if you're used to a huge company with everything defined and process driven you may find that this small business moves fast and is improving, but you'll not be able to "hide" within the organization
